AtmaReviews of atmastore.com

Very much disappointed that for $30 it’s definitely not as advertised. It’s super cheap looking and the color isn’t anything like shown in the picture where it’s shown as gold what I received is the color of copper it’s flimsy and cheap metal. So unhappy with this purchase of 5 anklets sent in a small plastic ziplock bag.

It took 2weeks before the chain and bracelet tarnished I email last week and received a response from Kris right away but never heard back after I follow instructions on how to clean the jewelry and informed her that it is the same totally disappointed with the quality and service I want my money back or replacement. Order #124555

The quality is good but it took so long to get it. I am enjoying my ankle bracelets

love my earrings in gold and order them again in silver !!

I ordered the double anklets AND the extenders. On the chain that is thicker and looks more durable than the other (feels cheaply made) the extenders doesn’t fit. I purchased this for no reason apparently. After seeing all of the rave reviews on Facebook and instagram, I see this was a lie. Dang near $50 gone

I ordered on May 7th and it just came yesterday on the 19th!!!!!!!!! With a missing diamond 🤦🏼‍♂️ I ordered it for my wife for Mother’s Day, our 22 month old baby girl got ran over and killed on March 10th 2026 and I figured what I ordered would be a nice thing for her!!! The people are hard to contact and take daysss to respond

I didn't receive one of my orders. Tracking the shipment showed it got here, was on the truck, but never delivered. I asked Atma for help, but received no answer from my inquiry. It's too bad the customer service is non-existent, because I love the other item that I did receive. Buyer beware. I won't buy from them again. It's a waste of money.

Ever since I started to get my jewelry from Atma I haven’t shopped anywhere else, I love their prices and the quality of the pieces they have are amazing. They have a loyal customer in me. I’ve had some experience with other companies but I’ve never had any complaints with them.
