AtmaReviews of atmastore.com

This company is the absolute worst. I’m going to continue to post my correspondence from this company. I never received a full refund or the refund or my purchase. Hi Katrina, Thank you so much for your order with us! I’m reaching out with a quick update regarding the Order. Unfortunately, the Hexagon Initial Letter Cuban Chain Anklet - K is currently out of stock. We’d also be happy to offer the following alternatives: • Exchange them for a different item collection. • Receive 100% store credit for the out-of-stock piece, which can be used at your convenience Please let us know how you’d like to proceed, and we’ll make sure your order is fulfilled with care and to your satisfaction. --- Best regards, Atma Customer Care

I am enjoying my pieces. Bought the first set about a month ago and had not taken the anklets off since. Color and strength still remains true. Second order placed and received a few days ago.

I have not received as of today

Buyer beware once again I have tried to reach out to Atma for a return label and refund. Such a horrible experience shopping with them. I'm allergic to their jewelry. I can't wear it. There customer service will reach out and contact me after I write this review. Offering to resolve the issue with my order. They bypass all the emails I've sent asking for a return label. But they will respond to the review, still not acknowledge my attempt to return the jewelry for a full refund. The last attempt they offered me 25% refund. My order was 196.00 and 25% is 49.00. I can't wear the jewelry. 49.00 was what they offered me after I wrote the last review. Seems this is the only way to get a response. Buyer beware scroll past this site. This could truly be happening to you. 49.00 offered for 196.00 I paid for. Also 15days of sending emails with few of them even responded to. Terrible Customer Service. The jewelry is unworn and still in the sealed packaging it arrived in. I wore one necklace for 2hr and started itching. Could there be Nickle in the product? I don't know cause I'm no expert. But I'm allergic to Nicole. This is stainless steel and I have never had a problem wearing stainless steel before.

Likes: Happy that I received the items today....3/28...considering others have complained non receipt of their items. Dislikes: The jewelry is very small. Its not adult sized unless you are a tiny woman. I had to give 90% to my granddaughter who is very petite. That was very disappointing as I liked all of the items.

What I ordered and what I got were not the same ring. I was so excited to finally (after 3 weeks) recieve the ring I ordered. I was so disappointed! The ring advertised on Facebook and the one I received were completely different! A nice looking ring on your Facebook post! I have pictures if you would like to see. Why not send me the correct ring.

I purchased a pair of earrings for $39 and when I received them, they were a fraction of the size, my seven year old granddaughter couldn’t wear them. Not a happy customer and won’t be buying again.

Courier service horrible. Said they attempted delivery but there is no way when office open from 9-6pm. Full of lies. Just want money back.
