Have been using the free version of Atlas VPN for a few months now and was pleasantly surprised with the service. Did not need to create an account for the free version and their logs policy does make me feel safer online.

Using Atlas for 5 months. The solution is very simple and maybe lacks some features. But it's compensated by amazing speeds and very friendly price (I paid just $1.39/mo)

The VPN was software was terrible. It made a huge mess of my system. It took me hours to fix the damage it did. When I requested a refund under their 30 day guarantee, they did not respond. I have since sent more email and I doubt they will refund without further legal action. DO NOT USE THEIR SOFTWARE, AND DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY

I purchased their 3 year deal last week and I regret it. I paid and expected a link or pass-code to be emailed to me. Nothing arrived. Sent multiple messages to their support desk and even left a message on their Facebook page. Zero response. Truly appalling customer service. I cannot use the service so I can't even rate it as a product, but to get NO RESPONSE as a new customer who just needs the ability to create a new account and use a service they have paid £36 for is very very poor. Update: Still no response 1 week later. had to claim via paypal for a refund... VERY POOR

As much as it wasn't what I needed, they proved to be a very serious and responsible company, for which I recommend them and very likely will purchase if I am ever in the need of a VPN service for my laptop or cell phone.

Unbelievably bad. The connection speeds are appalling. It's like downgrading your PC from a 2020 Intel Core i7 chipset to a 2010 Intel Core i3. S-l-o-w, really slow. How much of your life do you want to waste waiting for Atlas to download a straightforward news page? But that was just the first time. Then I restarted my PC and got this.. A weird Atlas security that demands you log into 'Windows security' before it will work. Except it doesn't recognise my Windows log in pin, nor my windows username, so instead simply locks me out of the internet rendering my PC useless. The only solution is to uninstall Atlas VPN, which is what I did. Atlas are new to market and its clear they have neither properly product tested not done their market homework before launch. Users don't want to log in before a VPN works, and even if they did, they'd expect the log in to be recognisable and to work. And no one wants a SLOW VPN. No one. Atlas looked like a saving, but it isn't. It's a waste of money.
