i have spent now up to 11 replies with details (case 218926), on issues with this product..I purchased product as was travelling overseas for 3 weeks, and immediately had issues, i logged support call, and my android phone is fine, but windows laptop, rarely able to connect, and they have not been able to resolve the issue. Nearly everything they have suggested, i already tried. I had issues not been able to connect to any server in 3 countries i travelled, trying different protocols, and log files and also same issues back at home in Melbourne.. They will not do refund as its outside the 30 day period, even though i logged my issues before then.. "There is no guarantee Atlas VPN will work smoothly with every network or region" is last comment back from Atlas...Its unacceptable the amount of time this product has wasted for me,, and will continue to do reviews, but will now purchase a better more reliable product from another company. The easiest thing they could do is issue refund

I can’t comment on their VPN as I only had it for a day (incompatible with my Mac OS, can’t be configured with a router) but I can comment on their 30-day money-back guarantee, which can be no guarantee in fact. I cancelled the use of their VPN after one day but they refused to reimburse me. They say it is because I deleted my account, which I thought I had to do in order to show that I was no longer using their product. Beware of this fraudulent trap. By the way, Atlas VPN is now part of Nord Security (NordVPN, NordPass, NordLayer, NordLocker, and NordWL). Re the reply from Atlas VPN below: I already contacted that email address three times, why would I waste my time on a fourth attempt? Their reply is just to make them appear reasonable, which they are definitely not. What a sham! Update 18 Feb 2024: I eventually got reimbursed but probably only because I involved PayPal.

I was having problems with my connection it would randomly discount or have slow speeds at times but he had me change my settings to IPSe/ikEv2 and the problem solved

The support team was very supportive and responded very quickly. I tookb3 days but the discovered what was wrong and came up with a solution.
