I've had constant problems with Atlas VPN since I purchased a three year plan. I got a very good rate, and for the brief periods where it actually worked, I maintained a mostly stable connection with reasonable latency and throughput. The software distributed with Atlas VPN however, is the worst I've ever experienced for this task. Concerning myself with the Windows software in particular, the first set of problems I encountered made using the killswitch untenable, as, if my computer shut down without my shutting off Atlas VPN manually, upon restart, I would be unable to use my connection. More lately, I tried to use this again, and for the first time in a decade, my computer would constantly bluescreen after a few minutes of use. In both cases, the support I received was blunt, terrible, and useless. Too, while trying to follow installation guides for linux, their service was utterly unusable. Since choosing another provider, I have had constantly flawless service across all devices.

After my computer crashed after 6 months of use I wanted to install AtlasVPN on my new computer. This the support fails in supporting me with. When I try to login I am told to get a new link to confirm. That link is not sent at all or sent more than 10 hours later in the middle of the night. Having an expiry period of 30 minutes. "After checking our system I can see that you were not receiving the login confirmation emails while using your new Atlas VPN account email address. However, do not worry, I went ahead and made some changes - try to log into your account once again and let us know if that helped." We changed my email address and no, it did not help. If they cannot solve it I want my money back. I believe I have 2.5years left of the subscription but they refer to their 30 day cancel policy. But since weeks now I have no functioning product. I would not recommend AtlasVPN

If you like reinstalling, rebooting and spending lots of time troubleshooting, then this may be the best VPN for you.

Plateforme bugée, plante en permanence. Des gros problèmes de connexion de serveur.. Peu importe le protocole la qualité de connexion est nulle. L'interface du logiciel est trop simpliste. Je me suis fait avoir je vais aller au bout de mon abonnement puis j'irais voir la concurrence.

Definitely the worst service and customer service I've experienced. No response and no support.My family and had problem getting service to work and after countless attempt in reaching out to them to refund me. No one is available.I don't recommend this serve at all.Please stay far away!!!

It wont work for me. They give you 30 days money back guarantee. Its now 4th day of them not giving money back, but trying to make me stay. Reported through PayPal.
