Unlike some VPNs, you can't be refunded for your most recent payment. You can only be refunded for your first payment. So if you're on month two of your subscription and you don't want the VPN anymore, you can't be refunded for month one or month two. Compare that to ExpressVPN (I have no affiliation), which lets you refund ANY payment as long as it's within 30 days. You can be in the middle of your fifth month and get a refund for it if you're paying monthly. That's good service. Atlas VPN has bad refund policies. I don't recommend it. If you forget to cancel your subscription in time (and canceling is an obnoxious hassle), you've lost two months of payment. Atlas, do better.

Nice Person + Problem solved in under 5 min

The difference between Japanese Knotweed and Atlas VPN is that Japanese Knotweed is easier to get rid of. Despite unsubscribing and ask 12 times and asking to delete my account and stop spamming me, within 1 hour I received more spam.

Really good prices and customer service. Was looking forward to use the vpn service. Secure connections and a big server variety to use. Fast and effective live Chat to help your problems. Webster and Monica from customer service tried everything to help me out. Sadly for me, i could not get it working and therefore only 4 stars.

Constant problems from the start. Utterly useless and ignorant support. I have no idea who the reviewers that left a 5 star review used but based on my experience, it was not Atlas VPN whose software and support were garbage.
