The coffee beans have been great quality. Nice, whole beans, not broken. Beans from some countries are smaller but still very good.

The coffee is always great and it's so easy to change between decaf and regular. The whole experience is seamless and not much more expensive than good coffee in the store. It's also a really lovely gift to give someone and they will think of you every time it shows up on their doorstep.

Wish they’d have more white/green/oolong teas. For my monthly tea supply it was almost always black tea . Was disappointed in that. The tea is quality though.

Love the ease and opportunity to change delivery dates. We’ve started using you every day now instead of just for special occasions.
