My expectations are always exceeded with each months order being delivered directly to my door. I enjoy the variety beans from the countries of origin and choice of roasts. Atlas is the first company to match the perfect roast to the coffee beans unique flavor profile. Easy to order, great delivery and personal customer service makes this an easy choice.

Truly a great product. The coffee has been outstanding. Each shipment that I get and it's really fresh and you can tell the difference from other coffee brands. Keep up the good work. I would say lower the prices and increase the ounces in the bags but who am I just do what you do. Keep up the good work and I'll give it five stars plus two knuckle fist pumps. Great product

I loved my first bag of espresso roast so much that I ordered a quick replacement and doubled my future deliveries. Easy to do online! I am new to home espresso making and love experimenting with the different beans from around the world. Can't wait to taste what's next!

Second time same situation theses people just play games. They reached back to me about a review i left said they wanted to work it out and to reach out to them so I did, now they want to avoid me and blow me off. I don't understand first they steal my money and then flat out deny to make it right after they offered to. Beware this company is a scam, crooks, and liars. It's a shame they are that desperate to sell a bag of coffee

The coffee wasn’t as good as another brand I was trying. I was surprised when I got another delivery. I did not see any details that by purchasing 1 bag, it is signing up for repeat deliveries. I tried to return the ones sent and they wouldn’t accept any return after the 1st purchase. I wasn’t able to cancel my subscription online, but didn’t have any issues when I called. Taste and hassle were not worth it to me.

I was gifted a one-year subscription to Atlas and 3rd bag in, but overall, I’m not really a fan. I’m coming from Trade Coffee subscription, where I have much more control over what I receive. With Trade, I can choose specific coffee brands, roast levels, regions, processing methods, and more. With Atlas, you can choose your preferred roast level, but you don’t have the same ability to narrow things down by region or processing method. A couple of other downsides are that Atlas doesn’t print roast dates on the bags, which is a pretty big drawback for me, and shipping is relatively slow. It took about 10 days from the order date to when I actually received the coffee. Where Atlas really shines, though, is customer service. I had a very good experience with their support team and they were helpful and responsive. Overall, I think Atlas is probably better suited for someone who is newer to coffee and wants to explore different coffees without having to know exactly what they’re looking for. For someone who is a little more experienced and particular about coffee, I think there are better subscription options out there.

The coffee is fresh, aromatic, and very flavorful - and I love trying different coffees every month. The packaging is enticing and the information provided about each coffee is interesting.
