Atlantic Coast ChartersReviews of atlanticcoastcharters.com

I was referred to Atlantic Coast Charters by the Honor Flights of Conyers, Georgia. The whole experience was perfect! The coordinator Melissa was very helpful in planning our trip on March 28 and 29. She followed up on every detail and promptly provided the confirmation documents. Our drivers were Aurea Siguerla and Al Barnes. They were both highly professional and personable. They were always early at our pick up points, gave us tips on best routes and had an amazing knowledge of the history of DC. They displayed a wonderful sense of humor and made us feel like VIPs! The motor coaches were clean, comfortable and modern. I highly recommend Atlantic Coast Charters!

Our driver was great and arrived at our starting point on time and the trip went fine. He was courteous and personable toward everyone. I did notice that the DVD screens were small. I received comments from some in the group about this.. Other than that the motor coach was comfortable and clean. I would/will recommend the company to other agents. Also, when I need a motor coach again I will be calling Atlantic Coast Charters. Thank you for your service. All the best. Thelma McDonald TBM TRAVEL SERVICES

Bus was on time and clean. Ryan was excellent driver. Appreciate the service

I trust and recommend Atlantic Coast Charters. The drivers we have had are always friendly, and go out of their way to make sure you have a safe and comfortable journey. The buses are clean, the seats recline slightly and there are charging outlets for phones which is very helpful. Mr. Harvin was the most recent driver we've had- he is outstanding! Very pleasant demeanor and good sense of humor!

The representative (Melissa) worked very patiently with me as I reserved the bus and made the payment. Her attitude and attention to what I needed was exemplary! However, it wasn’t clear about the permit for parking and where passengers were suppose to be dropped off when riding the bus. The bus driver was able to modify some parking and we made it safely in and out of DC. Our bus driver was fantastic!

Atlantic Coast Charters did a great job with our bus reservation. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We had a great experience two years in a row!

ACC really came through for our group's trip to Chicago and Cleveland. They were able to accommodate 50 passengers a full day and a half early to beat the snowstorm and keep the trip alive. Steve, the driver, was excellent throughout the trip and was a good sport even though things got chaotic at times. The bus was nice and clean and comfortable. Thank you Linda and staff for taking great care of my group. I would highly recommend ACC to anyone.
