They ship orders short and when you contact customer service they call you a liar and will not reship missing items you pay for

The prices are 4 to 10 times more than the retail cost. This is a complete rip off of the poor. We ordered Jergens lotion 32oz without checking the retail price. Medline cost was $27.00. We looked at the retail price $10.00. Their Q-tips are $7.00 for 300. We got on Amazon 1000 count for $6.22 free same day delivery. This is not fair or kind. One more way Blackstone and other conglomerates are gouging the poor. The TP is $2.00 per tiny roll. You get 50 giant rolls at the big box stores for $22.00. That's .44 Cents a roll. These guys are taking the money and running.

This is a major rip off of medical money. Everything is at least twice as much money as it would cost at a supermarket. It's mostly generic stuff and hardware and wearables rarely fit and are non refundable and returnable. This is basically misuse of Medicare Medicaid money and the money just keeps the company going without regard to customers. I could get more at a local pharmacy with half the money allotted by my insurance.

Stay away from ordering from this company. They will not take any returns back. They will keep you online and say afterwards they are taking it to upper management and never return your call. So buy at your pharmacy but not on line as you will be sorry you did.

Delivered package was missing an item although it was on packing sheet. Another item was so poorly packaged that the contents were all over the place in the box. Also, prices of items have increased substantially and wait time to place order is unreasonably long. Not a happy customer!

Security Health needs to drop Medline, as they are usually out of product. Of what value is this ‘benefit’ when it benefits nobody due its unavailability?

This company doesn't care about timing when it comes to receiving important medical supplies. They will refax your doctor numerous times because they cant read signature. Once they get paperwork back it can take three days to process your order then ship it. They will also tell you your insurance company won't pay for certain brands of items to push their own lousy brand on you. Unsavory business. Never again. I suggest you look elsewhere for supplies

Low pay. No response. No respect. I applied 3 times and was rejected 3 times yet the same position still listed more than a year later
