Purchased scrubs. Tried them on in home. Consistently wear size large in hospital. Size large through Medline At Home is at least 2 XL if not 3XL. Pants were about 10 inches too long. Again, consistent sizing at hospital, received product that was clearly an “oops” let’s sell over internet since we do not accept returns. You have to pay shipping both directions which equals cost of item, and then it up to them whether or not to refund some or all of your return( minus shipping). Fraudulent and deceptive sales practices.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
Ordered rollator almost 8 weeks ago, 7/15. Today is 9/7. Straight out of box handle bars would not tighten and brakes are not working evenly. Medline has been giving us the run around. Wanted a video they were sent video 8/28. Recieved email from medline 9/4 with a long questionnaire asking about injury, did we report to fda (I'm about to), and a bunch a superfluous questions but nothing about a fix or replacement. I cannot take my walks w/o the rollator and as I get weaker will end up back in a wheelchair.
I previously had a great medline rollator from Amazon that was stolen from car. Amazon sent wrong model 2x. When told medline said, "ugh Amazon". At least Amazon took back them back.
As a severely disabled person whose quality of life depends on getting out of bed and walking I am aghast that a co serving the medical community is so shady. I would NEVER trust medline, again. Charge to be disputed, unfortunately my aid put it on their debit card, bank to be notified of damaged or defective merchandise and lying about their customer service protocol. They are liars and obviously quality has declined.

Took our money and did not send the product
We are a Kinesiology department which ordered 5 blood pressure cuffs for our exercise science classes. These were never shipped to us, despite us receiving an order receipt.
After chasing up Medline they stated that a minimum of 10 units must be purchased. This was not stated on the website, nor were we told by anyone after the order was placed. They kept our money and did not fulfill the order. We feel like we have been scammed.

Wow, when did Medline sink to poor quality scrubs and bare minimum customer service?
Good afternoon Medline At Home Team,
Wow, when did Medline sink to poor quality scrubs and bare minimum customer service?
The 5700, shipped was very poor-quality in workmanship and composed of mediocre lightweight fabric not able to withstand the rigors an cleaning cycles of the hospital.
Having your scrubs made in El Salvador may increase profits but it sure doesn't endear you to healthcare workers on the front line.
I will look for an alternative elsewhere; the return cost should be %100 Medline's.
Please provide a prepaid FedEx return label. I will be buying scrubs at another retailer.
Disappointed, Patrick.
Good Afternoon Medline Return Goods Department,
Thank you for providing the FedEx return label for RMA #21106964.
Before I ship these items back, please reply to confirm that Medline is waiving all return shipping fees and restocking costs for this transaction.
As noted in my previous message, this return is due entirely to a product quality and workmanship issue regarding the 5700 scrubs, which do not meet standard medical-grade durability requirements. Per Medline’s official Return Goods Policy: “All quality issues, damaged product or returns that are the result of a Medline error, will be returned at Medline's expense.”
Please update my RMA profile to ensure my final credit is refunded at 100% value with no automated freight or restocking deductions. If you need to issue a different, specialized prepaid label to override these charges, please send it to this email address.
Thank you for your prompt confirmation.
Sincerely disappointed, Patrick.

MEDLINE IS INCOMPETENT
I ordered a toilet seat riser from Medline Industries, using the Walmart platform online, and they sent me the wrong item (women's cold perineal pack). The item said it was purchased and shipped by Medline. I contacted the company several times to facilitate a refund and for them to send me a free shipping label so I could return the incorrect item. They always stated they would have someone get back to me, but that never happened. After three weeks, I called the 800 number for Walmart, who issued me a refund, although it was Medline's responsibility. I WOULD NOT ever recommend Medline due to their total incompetence and lack of good customer service. Walmart should dump them as a vendor.

Do Not purchased a Walgreens brand "Bath Bench"
Purchased a Walgreens brand "Bath Bench" in May 2023, in anticipation of a serious surgery, and placed it in the shower stall. About six months ago, we decided to disassemble it for storage for potential future use. That is when we noticed the severe corrosion on most of the non-aluminum parts, such as screws that attach the seat to the legs and the push-pin locks.
Contacted Walgreens customer service and were directed to Medline, the apparent distributor of the chair made in China. After exchanging several emails with attached pictures and descriptions, we were informed that the product was out of warranty.
Not only is the product ill-designed (items that are intended to be used in a wet environment that have components that readily rust), but they will not even stand behind Walgreens' claims of a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" (stated right on the box).
Stay away from this product if you plan to use it for a long time!!
