God forbid you ever have to contact corporate about anything. They will not take you seriously or even read messages between supervisors and care reps. Honestly this store is not worth the hassle. Youre better off at ikea or homegoods. The gift card was locked because they're system glitched. Its been 5 days and I still have a pending charge on my acct for an order I was never able to make and the gift card took 5 people in an email chain and a week to figure out there was a lock on it.

​I have had an incredibly poor experience with this store’s online system and customer service. First, there is no phone support; everything is via email with a 48-hour delay. Worse, I keep receiving the same automated "canned" responses regardless of what I write. ​The Insider Perk Credit Card is highly misleading. While they promise a $5 reward for every $100 spent, my certificates don't even show up at checkout. Even when they do, the system won't let you stack them to cover a full purchase—you are forced to pay a remaining balance out of pocket. ​Finally, their shipping policy is nonsensical. They charge the same high rate for standard shipping as they do for same-day, and the fee increases with every item you add. I’ve never seen a major retailer penalize customers for buying more items. Save your time and shop elsewhere.

I ordered a mat from them online. They shipped me wrong item. I immediately reached out to customer service through email, asking for a return shipping label, complete purchase price, shipping included, refunded. It took them two days to respond to me, and the email I got asked me for photographs of the item and the label. I sent that to them, as requested, the same day. It has been four days since, and I have not received a reply or a return label. It looks like I am going to have to take this up with my credit card company because this company has zero customer service, and is unwilling to even correct their own mistakes.

First time to order from here. Placed order online- no place to add delivery instructions ie office hours Mon-Fri 8-5 and closed on weekends and security in the building will not accept packages. Contacted customer service and mentioned didn’t ask for our office hours or any information. Customer Service woman said not a problem. We only deliver Monday -Friday 8 to 5. Wrong, Friday evening a text arrives that they’re delivering on Saturday - contacted customer service. They said not our problem. You need to contact Federal Express. They show no responsibility for their orders. Sorry this company is not going to make it! And they don’t seem to care!

Terrible delivery experience. I wrote the company a long comment, so no need recounting it here. If you buy from them, take it with you. No wonder they filed for bankruptcy last summer.

I have consistently been to your store in Colorado springs and was charged anywhere from 10 to $15 over on items. Every associate has advised me that they're too short-staffed to update the pricing in the system. This has been happening over a year now. Sounds to me like you guys are stealing from people!
