The extra care, professionalism and effort towards customer satisfaction was top notch. Special thanks to Leann, Jody, Erik, and the floor worker for going the distance.

Had a great experience with AIT Home Delivery. Everything arrived on time, communication was clear, and the delivery guy was respectful and efficient. Mark from Prompt Transit and his mate Kevin are doing a great job – you can tell they care about getting things right. They’re trying to grow and get more vans on the road, and honestly, they deserve the support. Would definitely use again.

I got so many great items at a reasonable price ! I absolutely love it. The young lady at the cash register was very nice and polite. I believe her name was Grace. I love how she connects with you with the items you purchase. I just love this store.

The store was neat and full of so much, it's very tidy and orderly. But the cherry on top was Ms. Sherry Lugo, she went above and beyond to help me and did it with a glow and a continuous Smile 😃. She made my visit worth while. Thanks Ms. Sherry and Store #66.

Great job by friendly cashier Melissa in Mansfield!

I was helped at your location at 900 Metropolitan, Charlotte NC. There I met Jennifer, Nikki and Michael. You made great choices. They were helpful, knowledgeable and these are rarities at this current time. Sorry I forgot personable . Doris appreciates them more than they will ever know. Hooray for that location. Luv my throw too. Lying on it now with my pup 🐶

I haven’t been to the store for a while and I have to say it is THE CLEANEST & most organized ever! The picture department used to be super chaotic and messy… totally uncluttered and organized as was the rest of the store! Must be a new store management team~ kudos! Wauwatosa, Wisconsin Store #124
