If there is one person in the fitness industry to trust and follow, it's Jeff and Athleanx. I first heard of athleanx from a friend but didn't give it much thought. After experiencing a back injury and looking up phystical therapy related videos on youtube I saw Jeff's athleanx videos on youtube and started following his recommendations, and it helped my back recover. I then focused on various other issues I had, such as poor posture, ankle tightness, and all his videos helped improve any health issues. I bought AX 1 and it was a wonderful program, I followed it with AX-2, Max Shred, Xero, and now working towards Monster. His programs are the real thing. They are fun, hard, and give huge results. Couldn't recommend it more.

This review is for the Body Weight Program: Pros: The workouts are effective, and will get you a good sweat. Cons: 1. My biggest annoyance is that many times after Jeff starts going over the routine, this loud heavy metal music kicks in. I have no idea why. It's distracting and makes it hard to hear what he's saying. 2. While there are sample videos on how to do the exercises, there are also large chunks of text to read, which can be tedious. 3. I've found at least one example of the incorrect video example for the exercise being asked to do. 4. The duration of the rest periods and when to do them can be confusing.
