Hi Antonio. I did want to clarify the timeline of your requests for full transparency. On November 25th you wrote into support and asked "When will you be offering free shipping for the holidays on your supplements as merchants do? ie Black Friday. Thanks". To which we responded, "Hi. I’m happy to help. We always offer Free Shipping in the United States if you spend $75 or more on your order. I don’t know yet if that will change for the holidays. Stay tuned." On 11/29, we did in fact include Free Shipping on ALL orders placed for Black Friday. You chose not to order since the offer was not in place at the time that you wrote in 4 days before Black Friday. Had our support representative known that there was an imminent discount coming up she surely would have offered it to you. That said, when presented with the option to do so on Black Friday, you opted not to. We do have a yearly promotion coming up in December called the "12 Days of X-Mas" that we will once again be having discounts on supplements should you choose to place another order as we hope you do. In the meantime, we apologize for the confusion but did want to be clear that we stand by our promotions as advertised and do all we can to make sure our customers (both new and returning) are taken care of to the absolute highest standards and best of our ability.

Hi Andrew, as always - we are happy to assist you both here as well as in the customer support center where our agents have provided answers to your 7 separate tickets (all within hours of you writing in). It seems in reviewing these tickets that you have had a few technical issues. We're sorry to hear that and of course willing to assist. Is this the same issue you were having when you were marking off 27 workouts as completed after just 3 days of training? That could definitely throw off your calendar and I'm happy to walk you through that process again to make sure you don't do that. Alternatively, if this is about the confusion on the programming of the program as it relates to the youtube preview that Jeff and Jesse walked viewers through, we can have our agent provide you once again with the step by step detailed location within the program so you can validate the consistency of the message. We thought that when you did not reply to our response on that issue that you had been successful in validating this. If this is for something new, then as always we are committed to helping you in our same expedited manner as always to ensure that you don't miss out on either your workouts or your results from following the program as written. Hi Carly, we hate to hear that you weren't satisfied with the program you purchased from ATHLEAN-X. There are many other options to choose from, any of which could be performed by any one depending on their physique or training goal. Regarding the program in question, Athlean XX, it seems as if you weren't perhaps accessing all of it? There are 24 unique workouts contained in the program. Each of these consists of foundational movements that need to be progressively overloaded in order to ensure muscle development and improvement over time. Variety for the sake of variety is not a successful approach to creating change, but rather progression and consistency will. If you would like to try another program, we would be happy to help you find one you could switch to. Hi Marty. We are sorry to hear that you didn't find the right program match for you in your initial purchase. Our program selector tool is highly tuned to try and accurately hone in on the one program of our many that best matches your current ability levels and physique/performance goals. That said, nothing is every 100% perfect and it may in fact have not correctly identified this for you. The reason customer support could not switch programs for you however was NOT that you requested to change within 30 minutes of purchasing the plan but that you downloaded the digital version of the complete workout just minutes before you requested the swap. As stated at the time of download...the downloaded version of the program is NOT necessary to review the plan and is also irretrievable after download. This is why there is a requirement of all users to check the box that they understand that no swaps or refund requests are able to be accommodated after download. You proceeded with the download anyway. The reason for this inclusion in our terms of use is to prevent "digital download and refund" abuse. Someone who engages in this practice could purchase one plan and continue to swap and download multiple programs for just the one single purchase. We're not saying that this was your intent but again, in order to be fair to all our users who respect this digital product protection and do not download and swap, we had to deny your request. I will say that the plan you purchased, like all of our plans, is highly effective and we would be happy to help provide you with any support you may need to make any modifications you may require to perform the plan or give you any training advice applicable to the completion of the plan as part of our X-tra Mile Guarantee. We hope you'll stick with us and give the program a shot - and remain a member of TEAM ATHLEAN.

Hi Alexander, sorry to hear you were not motivated by the training videos. As always, the focus of the program videos (like on YouTube) is on delivering high quality content with science based information to help you get the most out of your workouts. Not much in the way of motivational speeches from Jeff however there is a motivation center within your customer portal that showcases an inspiring story or video each day that you can view prior to your workout if you feel you could benefit from a little extra boost! We hope you'll reconsider and once again join TEAM ATHLEAN but respect your right to look elsewhere if desired.
