disappointing
tried to contact them about my order and haven’t heard anything back got charged for it in my bank account though but have yet to hear anything about the status of my order

No integrity and a lack of responsibility for their actions
Order #281986. I preordered a new NFL jersey for an new player right after the NFL Draft. Athenastyle, although they listed the jersey as a pre-order, filled the order using the player's college number. Needless to say, the player changed his number upon joining his new NFL team. I requested Athenastyle to replace the jersey with the correct player number. The response I received from Andrea at Athenastyle was that the picture listed on their website at the time that I ordered was the old college number and that they will not replace the jersey.

Received Wrong Size!
I received a youth sized shirt instead of the woman’s size I ordered. I have not received a response from multiple requests for this to be corrected.

They have money but I have nothing.
I ordered a Colorado Rockies jersey 3 weeks ago but I still have nothing. All I have experienced is loss of money & nothing to show for it. Also slipped PayPal into the equation without my approval . Never had a good or positive experience with PayPal. Hoping I don't have to have my bank try & get my money back.

Stitching logo is terrible
Stitching logo is terrible, I would not recommend Feb. 23/2025 Update responding to the reply: April 20/25 I would like to post a picture of the stitching but I can only type. Another thing is on your website you had the old 00’ 49ers logo on the front stitch the jersey you sent me was the new logo. I wanted a custom Randy Moss with the old logo when he actually played for the Niners. You sent a new logo which was butchered, badly stitched. So I would not recommend.

They didn’t process order for 2 weeks…
They didn’t process order for 2 weeks and I need it by March 17 and now it says it will take a month to get here. Terrible.
