I spent over $60 for a hoodie and a poster. The poster was small and flimsy-definitely not worth $20 and I NEVER received the $40 hoodie I ordered. The company is saying that it was delivered when it was not. They denied my email claim for a refund/replacement and I can’t get in contact to speak to anyone by phone. It’s almost like they have it set up so they don’t have to speak to anyone. This business is definitely one big SCAM!!! I would not recommend anyone ordering from them.

I ordered twice from the company. I love the posters, and it took less than the estimated time to get them. I also emailed their customer service with a question, and they responded within 24h. I am planning to buy again in the future.

Horrible Customer Service!!. Order from these folks at your own risk. Pray your product is good because you will never talk to anyone there and all customer service inquires are responded to with a standardized circular response. You will spend days going around and around in circles trying for a resolution that never comes. I ordered a poster that had a nasty blemish on it. I wanted a refund but all I get is another poster with the exact same blemish. I would discourage anyone from ordering from this company!!

I love the shirts that I've gotten, but the shipping speed is very slow, that's my only concern, otherwise love the shirts quality, and the pop culture logos.

My order has been missing for 5 weeks and they have closed all the tickets I've opened on their website without resolution or a refund. Their 888# is a joke with only 2 options that both ultimately just tell you to go to the website to lodge your complaint. All I want is my $30 back...looks like this company is a complete scam.
