So I don't know whether the quality of the poster is good as I'm still waiting for it 3 weeks after it shipped. apparently it sat with DHL ecommerce for something like 15 days not moving. I ordered at the end of November and it "shipped" Dec 1st. Supposedly was tracked as being transferred over to USPS on the 3rd but USPS tracking didn't show receipt until uuntil the 18th. So now it is unlikely to arrive before Christmas which displeases me. Their product may be good but their shipping arrangements are poor. On top of that there is no way to email them directly (just a form with drop down pre selections for a message). So no way of explaining the exact situation. All I get is a form letter response seaying if I don't receive it by the 22nd they will send another. That still doesn't help.

Shipping time was quick. The print quality is ok - the poster is definitely overpriced. It just isn’t a very sharp print quality. I got an 11x17 inch print and there’s absolutely no way to frame it without cutting it. It was both too wide and too tall. Overall, just poor attention to detail and quality. For the time I had to spend measuring and cutting it to fit a frame while not ruining the print, they should pay me to work for them.

Was disappointed in the personalization of my poster😞...when ordering, it stated the personalization was acceptable, so I didn't change it..part of a name is missing, not satisfied since it's a Christmas gift..

I complained the ink was poor they actually said they would re-do my order. Well, I wanted you to see for yourself...am unable to include a photo.. they sent one much worst!

Run away from their ads for breed-specific dog posters (i.e. "Basset Bathroom" or " Beagle Laundry Room"). for $21.00 you get an 11"x17" poster, on cheap paper. Way overpriced, and on cheap stock. Don't waste your money!

Ordered a Bikram Yoga poster. It is shabby quality and way overpriced. Quality is like a color photocopied very small “poster”. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere. It’s a $5.00 copy that is way overpriced.

Poster seemed to be ok. The tube it was in came bent and ripped which in turn made a big crease down the middle of the poster. Very disappointed as this was to go in my new condo in Mexico. I made them aware but received no response. Live and learn I guess.
