cant get ahold of nobody when i wanted to change my order. web site is not user friendly did not get a e mail for my order so i cannot change the order.

Terrible customer service. I was ripped off. I paid extra for a 3 day delivery and it came a over a week late. They refused to refund the extra money I paid for shipping. Never again

Recently bought 2 skiing/snowboarding posters for my daughters & I was really disappointed with their quality. I paid c£15 plus postage for each of them & they look like £3 posters, slightly better quality than what you would get off a photocopier.

Order a poster and adjusted font size to fit within border. Website doesn't show corrected font size. Contacted them to verify it would be print correctly and they said that it would. Received print with incorrect font size and customer service refused to correct it. Now I have to go through the process of reporting it as a fraudulent charge on my credit card. Update: They decided to send me an exact copy of the same poster, completely ignoring everything I had explained to them prior to the original denial. After emailing them about this, I was denied again. This organization seems a bit sketchy with their practices. I did report it to the credit card company as fraud which is still being reviewed.

Wouldn't bother ordering from this website the service is beyond poor I ordered a poster on 20th Jan for a valentines gift, it said ETA before 3rd Feb, so I thought even with a delay this would arrive by 14th Feb. The 3rd went by so I contacted the company who gave me tracking info and said it was stuck at customs. They advised I submit a claim which I did. Was then told I couldn't claim.as order was on time which it wasn't. Was advised if it didn't arrive by 14th to submit another claim. It still didn't arrive and after checking tracking it was still stuck with DHL in Langley. At this point I submitted another claim explaining this and asked for a refund as it was no longer required as too late to be a gift. Several days later I receive an email saying my reprint has been shipped! I didn't ask for a reprint as it is of no use at all now. I contacted customer services who say I cannot have a refund! I am fuming as these aren't cheap and the service is terrible. Surely they should be in communication with there courier so they can chase up orders and surely a refund is possible when goods have not been provided. Now opening a PayPal dispute

Ordered a personalised poster on 1st January, 7 weeks later still waiting. Couldn't query it before now because all I got back was 10 business days for deliveries in the US but add 4 weeks onto that for international deliveries. The poster was a gift and because it hadn't arrived I had to buy something else. Put a claim in and next thing I knew it was getting reordered, sorry but im not prepared to wait another 7 weeks so asked for my money back. Not possible they said. Therefore I have contacted my bank to get my money back via charge back. WOULD NEVER ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

I ordered and paid for five parrot doormats, but I only received one of the five on 01/16/2021. Only one doormat was in the shipping box. When I input my order number RL-11111-89426 today, 02/16/2021, I had to send an email to secure feedback. Meanwhile, DHL e-commerce had the following notation: Order history 01/01/2021 02:04 PM - Order has been received 01/01/2021 04:14 PM - Order is processing 01/12/2021 11:41 AM - Parrots Warning This Property Is Protected - White Doormat 22.5" x 15" - Regular × 5 was shipped The 01/12/2021 entry was underlined except for the words "was shipped". I will be contacting my bank if an Ateefad Customer Service Representative fails to respond to my inquiry this week with a specific delivery date. The site stated to contact Ateefad.

I ordered two posters from this site, spending over $60, and only ever received one. When I contacted them, they filed a claim and said that they would contact me within 24 hours. Well, one week later, still no second poster, no one has contacted me, and I’m still out $30 plus shipping. Although I love the one poster I did receive, I will never order from here again.
