We have been using ateefad for quite a while. All our orders were delivered in a timely manner and all the items we purchased were top quality. Extremely satisfied with our overall experience!

I ordered 3 posters. one personalized and two stock items. All arrived on time and in good condition. All posters required additional trimming to fit into frames purchased at size of posters ordered.

Terrible company to deal with. Ordered a poster but the tracking stopped working so after a month I contacted the company through there live chat. Might as well have been an automated service as the person was not helpful at all. He eventually told me it was lost so to just put in a claim, be warned when you put in a claim you cannot type anything in, only allows you to select the option for a new one to be sent out. So I did this and I kept getting told my claim was denied and that it was on its way. After 2 months they eventually accepted my claim (no help from live chat) and and that it was lost and would send another out. Same thing again. Tracking stopped working after a month and never showed up. So glad I used PayPal as I have claimed the money back though them. Terrible company will never use again.
