The customer service is amazing
The customer service is amazing. I spoke to Dana about a product that was showing a lot of wear. Turns out I wasn't washing it properly. And they sent me a new one even though it was 2 years since I ordered it.

Love the feel of the fabric
Love the feel of the fabric, breathable and light. Feel like nothing on. Great comfort on the boys. Had a small problem with a product and customer service handle very well and things were fixed.

Excellent customer service
Very quick response time to my request for exchange due to size. They have been extremely helpful the entire way. By far the best underwear I’ve ever worn and a customer for life.

These are the softest and most…
These are the softest and most comfortable underwear ever. While I can’t speak to the longevity of them, I can say that their customer support is top notch. I had an issue with a missing package and it was immediately resolved.
