I received my 8th pair of Aspire zero in Bone size small. Upon receiving them they seemed to be mislabeled in size as they fit much smaller than my other 7 pairs. I contacted customer support and sent pictures as requested, comparing the bone pair to my others with overlay photos. They obviously were smaller compared to the others I have. AsWeMove stepped up and stated it did look like an error on their part and offered to send another pair for replacement. AsWeMove has always been a first rate company with amazing customer service. They will always have my support and business for years to come.

Hey JR. Thank you so much for your continued support. We’re glad our team was able to quickly recognize the sizing issue and make it right. Having eight pairs of Aspire Zero in your rotation means a lot to us, and we truly appreciate the trust you’ve placed in AsWeMove over the years.

Fantastic customer service. I contacted via email with a size concern and within 30 minutes had a response with a new pair on the way. I wish more companies took the time and effort to address customer's thoughts and concerns with such attention. The GOAT of a company. That's how you do business.

Hands down, my favorite underwear I own. They have changed the way I sleep. So light and comfortable. Feels like wearing nothing. I've had nothing but the best customer service.
