Emailed a comment and was replied promptly, excellent customer service As of the product, the fabric is fabulous, super comfy, tho there are details to be refined and improved I will still recommend it to those who likes to forget they are wearing a underpants Hahahahahahaha

I purchased two items from as we move. The size guide was accurate but sometimes I’m unsure how true the “true to size” is. I should have gone up to the actual size I am. The customer service team was great. The were responsive and worked with me and honored there guarantee. I couldn’t be happier to have a product from a company that is taking care of customers!
