Amazing products. Very comfortable and I really hope you can expand sizing to XXL for slightly bigger men. Overall I absolutely love mine.

We appreciate the kind words—glad they’re delivering on comfort. We’re always working on improving fit and accessibility across sizes, and XXL is definitely part of that conversation. Thanks for calling it out.

Thank you—we truly appreciate this. Great products are only part of the equation. Making sure you’re taken care of every step of the way matters just as much, so we’re glad the team could resolve things quickly. Grateful to have your support.

This was my first time ordering from them. I ordered several different items, but had a problem with one of the products. Customer service was prompt, polite and offered several options for satisfactory resolution. It was so easy. This will keep me coming back when the need arises.

Thanks for giving us a shot on your first order — and for sharing this. Really glad our team could make that issue easy to resolve. That experience matters just as much as the product itself. Appreciate you being here, and we’ve got you whenever you need us.

After I ordered the styles I want d and the fit was not good for me, Aswemove customer service was right on top of it and day one corrected the problem and shipped out the pair that would fit. Their customer service is top notch. No hassle return went off no problems. Love the company and the products.

Finding the right fit shouldn’t feel like a gamble — glad we could course-correct quickly and get you into the pair that actually works. No friction, no back-and-forth — just how it should be. Appreciate the love for both the product and the team.

I found the end-to-end experience of shopping with Aswemove to be easy and efficient. I received an email shortly after receiving my order that suggested I reach out if I had any concerns, so I did, even though its not something I usually do. I had chosen the wrong size and they worked with me to get my items exchanged with no fuss at all. I even received multiple emails over the weekend, each showing a lot of willingness to help me.

This is exactly the kind of experience we want it to feel like — easy, responsive, and there when you need it. Really glad you took us up on reaching out (even if it’s not your usual move). Getting you into the right size without the runaround is the goal. And weekends included — we’ve got you.
