Personal and financial information shared and used without consent
This vendor shared my personal and financial information with Store.app and created a Store.app account with it, even though I did not provide consent for this and paid via Paypal. I had previously deleted a Shop account just days ago that was created by another unscrupulous merchant that similarly shared my data without consent in violation of state data privacy laws, because of Shop's aggressive and illegal practices (it puts items in my carts and placed two orders without my consent or me clicking anything authorizing it). I will never shop from AsWeMove again for this reason. 5/21/26, Response to Vendor's Message: Thank you for confirming that you shared my information with Shopify, thus allowing Shopify to create an account, track me, and share my information with additional parties without authorization, without my consent and in violation of the TDPSA. I will be sending you a formal TDPSA notice, so I encourage you to review your data sharing practices and relationship with Shopify as you have either authorized them to do the above without customer authorization or they are using data that you share with them outside of the allowed scope.

To clarify, AsWeMove does not create Shop App accounts on behalf of customers or sign anyone up for Shop Pay or Shop App services. Those accounts and features are managed entirely by Shopify and require customer action directly through their platform. When an order is placed on our site, the information shared is limited to what is necessary for order processing and fulfillment through Shopify, our ecommerce platform provider. We do not authorize or control Shop App account creation, cart activity, or purchases made through Shop. We respect our customers’ privacy and take these concerns seriously. I'd give them -5 stars if I could. Their underwear is impervious to everything but water. Seriously! It can withstand anything. You can stretch it from here to the moon and it'll come right back into shape without tearing at any seam. Speaking of seams, they want to make excuses about how difficult it is to sow microfiber together and sometimes the stitching just doesn't catch and you get holes along the inner seam. Oh, and let's not forget their 'welded/glued' outer seams. I had a pair that literally came apart at that seam before they were even washed for the first time, but it's my fault because I didn't follow their care instructions to the exact letter. It's my fault that none of their underwear is the exact same size either. Doesn't matter the color. One color may fit you perfectly. Another color is too big even though you ordered everything in the exact same size. Oh, there's another thing, depending on the color, they fall apart more easily. Black, stone, no real issues. Pick any other color, it'll eventually come apart. Then there's the waist band. It used to be thin and wouldn't role down, but that often came apart at the 'welded/glued' seam and your thumb would get hooked in it and it would just be plain uncomfortable because it didn't lay right anymore. Now their waist band is a twice as thick band of elastic that no matter how hard you try, roles down and folds in half. Uncomfortable! Their concept is great. Their execution is poor. Don't waste your money. They sell their dominate boxer brief for $45 a pair when they're not worth $4.50 a pair.

Poor Quality: Company Admits These Won’t Last Long!
I bought many pairs of AsWeMove underwear over the past few years, but now they are falling apart. They are expensive underwear, yet they deteriorated so quickly! I wrote to the company and they replied, “with proper care, our gear typically has an expected lifespan of one to three years.” They told me their product warranty is for one year, and they acknowledge in writing that a one year lifespan is expected! Very poor quality and customer service for a very high price.

Our gear is engineered for performance and longevity, but like all technical apparel, lifespan can vary significantly depending on how the products are washed, dried, and worn. Improper care — especially high heat drying or harsh detergents — can shorten the life of the fabric and bonding over time. Sexy not Practical

Too thin, almost transparent when stretcehed
I was really disappointed with my purchase from AsWeMove. For the price they charge, I expected something much higher quality. The biggest issue is how incredibly thin the fabric is. As soon as the material stretches even a little, it becomes almost transparent. It honestly doesn’t hide anything — every private part is completely visible through the fabric when it’s on. That’s the last thing you want from underwear that’s supposed to be comfortable and supportive. Considering how expensive these are, the quality just doesn’t match the price at all. I expected durable, premium fabric, but instead it feels flimsy and far too sheer to be practical. Overall, very disappointing and definitely not worth the cost.
