After reviewing your correspondence with our Customer Support team, we wanted to provide a bit more context regarding the resolution offered. Because your order was placed during a Buy One, Get One promotion and the requested replacement was for a different style, our system does not allow us to process that request as a direct exchange. In these situations, we offer store credit instead. We can see that our team worked to find a fair solution and was able to provide store credit equivalent to the value of the original pair. We wanted to clarify this because your review may give the impression that no resolution was offered, when in fact our team did work to provide one within the limitations of our exchange process.
