I have been using them for a while. Used to be very stable and good. However these days they need to pay more attention to the constant server outages as this affects things. Otherwise they attend to and resolve all issues promptly. Still highly recommended.

If I am completely honest, early days it was not all smooth sailing, with the odd issue of not being able to access the backend or a site went down briefly but after approaching support with my concerns acceptable reasons were provided for these instances and we soldiered on. But that was years ago and AsuraHosting has grown in leaps and bounds since those early days, providing things like anti-DDoS protection, premium site builder, NVMe storage and best of all, NO renewal price hikes. I LOVE that because I REALLY dislike the honeymoon periods other hosting providers foist on you. Then there is the support staff, who I have to say do an outstanding job. On the odd occasion I have asked for assistance it has been provided promptly and in a friendly and courteous manner which I appreciate greatly. And if that was not enough, then there are the prices which represent excellent value, particularly in light of the features you will receive. Soo, am I happy? The answer is resounding yes.
