I purchased the Web Hosting Unlimited Plus package and expected everything to go smoothly, just like with a regular hosting company. When I was sent the Cpanel information, I noticed that I'd been given a shared IP address instead of a dedicated one; moreover, hundreds of sites were assigned this IP address. As if that weren't enough, I noticed that some of the included features were identical to those in the lowest-tier Starter package. So, what happened was that the package listed in my account was the Starter package, which cost $1, but the package I paid for was the Unlimited Plus package, which cost $5. Support initially reassigned the IP address, but it's still a shared IP address. And they haven't responded to my messages in two days. Current status: dedicated IP assigned and support made an effort to resolve all issues (I think the trustpilot review was a bit influential).

Hello I've sent you three tickets hoping you can respond to a very simple issue with the customer panel that only you can resolve, but I haven't received a response for six days. I'm starting to question the stability of the service because I can't make some necessary adjustments in some places.

L'hébergement fonctionne sans trop de soucis, à part que les ports en sortie sont bloqués, comme 25, 465, ou 587. ce qui ne permet pas d'envoyer des mails par exemple. Ce problème a été résolu en mettant les IP des services externes dans la withelist. merci au support. Mais le plus grave, c'est qu'en prenant un hébergement le plus cher avec une IP dédiée, on se retrouve avec une adresse IP partagée avec plus de 150 autres site web sur la même adresse. Le support en plus me prend pour un imbécile en me disant que c'est certainement des erreurs de DNS. Mais après plusieurs tests, je confirme, comme il l'est indiqué dans le CPanel, que mon adresse est partagée

They also offer streaming services with Centova autodj with top service. Very recommended 5. Affiliates program 6. Zero intrussions, malware or DDOS attacks - The BAD 1. Down periods due routing issues from their routing providers. 2. When issue is from their routing providers they are unable to do any alternative action to help customers. This is happening from time to time. During the last 12 months, happened about 8 times 3. Copy paste responses 4. Support is ONLY avaylable via ticket and it uses to delay responding 5. They erase your files without any warning to free more space (shared plans) 6. They use to suddenly move your account contents from one server to another to free more space. Sometimes this moving makes some data loose

Support is minimally decent, it has been faster in the past, their servers sometimes slow down and even have random downtimes, the last one was a network problem they had. Overall, it's reasonable, it's been better... I partially recommend it for those who want to have a personal site or something that isn't too troubled by downtimes.

I wonder what is happening to Asura Hosting these days. I have been reselling with them for more than 5 years now and I am sure it is one of the best hosting companies in the world. Their services are affordable, and they attend to every request for support that is forwarded to them. However, I have noticed a sluggishness when it comes to responding to support tickets these days. Sometimes it takes hours to respond. Sometimes it takes more than a day! Today my clients' sites have gone off and have contacted them about 3 hours ago but the sites are still down! This is making me lose customers. I would have loved to give a 5 but because of delayed support, I have given a 3. Believe me. Asura hosting is still very good except for delayed support. I am sure they shall improve on this as soon as they see this.
