I have been using Asura Hosting’s S4 server's services since 2022 and have hosted many websites with them. Unfortunately, since 2026, the service has become extremely unreliable. Websites frequently go completely down or become painfully slow, seriously affecting my clients and business. Ticket #028117 has been open since 23 August 2026, and despite multiple attempts by the engineering team, there is still no permanent solution. After being a customer since 2022, I find this level of downtime completely unacceptable. In 2026, a hosting provider should be able to identify and permanently resolve recurring infrastructure issues. I don't need another temporary fix or another excuse. I need the root cause fixed permanently. Asura Hosting seriously needs to improve its technical support and infrastructure.

This is not AN email account, but ALL my client's emails dated before 23 April 2026 which have just vanished. Over the past few months, this provider has suffered severe, unannounced background hardware and backup infrastructure crashes.Overnight, for the second time in a matter of months, they suffered a massive server failure that wiped out years of historical email data across multiple client accounts—taking our total data footprint from over 80GB to 30GB literally overnight.When confronted with this critical data loss, their management pleaded complete ignorance and offered zero accountability. Instead of taking ownership of their server failure, their support team had the audacity to tell me that I had to manually log into individual cPanel portals and sift through hundreds of historical JetBackup snapshots myself to try and fix their mistake.If you are running real production websites or critical business emails for clients, stay far away from this company. Their hardware is severely over-allocated, their backups are unreliable, and their support is entirely checked out. I have immediately migrated my entire 39-domain portfolio to a premium global host. Avoid at all costs.

Aquiryn LLC, which is supposedly located at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming, 82801, claims to be the parent company of Asura Hosting (asurahosting.com). This company presents a flashy and very impressive website, and claims to offer a wide assortment of web hosting services, but fails with providing the very basics in what they claim to offer. I have been developing websites and related services for 25 years, and have delt with numerous web hosting companies. I have never encountered a company that completely ignores the most basic customer service inquiries. They claim to offer 24/7 support, but nothing is further from the truth. I could not even get a response from a few new customers related onboarding questions. If they ignore new customers, this lets you know all you need to know about this company. Also, be warned that "Wyoming, particularly Sheridan, is often used as a tax shelter where numerous LLC's are registered with no physical presence or business operations within the state. And finally, know that this business is also not accredited with the Better Business Bureau, but does have complaints listed.

I purchased a reseller hosting package, and it has now been more than 24 hours without any response to my support ticket. I then decided to read other customer reviews, and now I honestly feel like I may have made a huge mistake choosing this company. The support has been extremely disappointing so far. I'm already considering moving to another provider before I've even started using the service. I've also noticed that the servers seem quite slow. The pricing is reasonable, but poor customer support is a major drawback. If support doesn't improve, I wouldn't recommend this hosting company.

**Serious email delivery issue — emails failing to Hotmail and Outlook** I am very disappointed with Asura Hosting because my business emails are failing to deliver to Hotmail, Outlook, and Microsoft-protected email accounts. The bounce-back error clearly shows: This means the outgoing mail server IP is blacklisted, and my emails are being rejected by recipient mail servers. This is not a small issue — email is critical for business communication. Because of this, I have been unable to contact important suppliers and couriers. Several important business emails have failed, which has caused delays, stress, and potential financial loss. I was advised to buy a dedicated server, which I did, but the email delivery issue is still not properly resolved. I have asked Asura Hosting to either remove the IP from the blacklist, provide a clean IP, or move my email service to a working mail server. At the moment, I cannot recommend Asura Hosting for business email use unless this issue is fixed properly and urgently.

Hello, I don't recommend asurahosting, there's a lot of issues with their systems, hidden features and more, have been experiencing a lot of challenges with the hosting, their support takes more than a day without any fix, their service is ever down, if contacted them, they says there's no problem with their service

am not happy at all i have been tying to transfer my domain frm you guy but i have been having issues and why my domain has issues i dont understant. i spoke to John Pullat for assistance he never respobnded properly he keeps turning me in circles ui would not recommend this company due to the fact that thier support system in not helpful at all i cant have a tickket with support for over 2 weeks over a domain transfer issue and i requested for a direct contact number they refused to give me any number to contac and speak to someone to have my issue sorted up to now i havent gotten help so i cant kie to say am happy aout their service. am not
