Hello Saeid, I cannot find any direct customer account linking you to one of our customers, please do open a ticket so we can have a further look. We have also requested this information via TrustPilot if you would like to submit it there. With regards to the claim, we are a full cPanel NOC partner, as well as a WHMCS partner and both these can be verified on their respective sites. https://partnernoc.cpanel.net/res/8783/asura-hosting.htm What has likely happened is you cross-verified a non-main server IP against cPanel's licensing server, giving you an invalid result. cPanel's verification check will only work on the server's "main" IP. Any other sub-IP on the same server will produce an invalid check. We also have no system to "lock" tickets, you can always re-open and reply to them. Hello Francis, We have tried to get in contact with regards to the feedback provided but have not received a response. The claims here are incorrect, what actually has happened is an application (Such as wordpress) was left outdated on your account, this can lead to problems with malware injection as bots on the internet will scrape data to find a vulnerable Wordpress (Or similar) application to inject. Servers can only do so much to prevent this, we already isolate accounts completely with Cloudlinux, as well as implement Imunify360 and Modsecurity to help protect websites further. But keeping your applications and websites updated are a responsibility that has to be done from your web developer or the person managing the account. Your password was not changed nor was the cPanel account accessed. Despite updating the website is something we'd like our customers to do, I do see a technician did go out of their way to try rectify this for you earlier in the month. They replaced core files, as well as scrubbed the account with Imunify360. We did again make contact in a ticket, and if you're willing we're still wanting to help you out! Carlo

I do see an Agent got in touch with you directly to get this sorted and migrated your account to a node a lot closer to you earlier in the week after your confirmation. We did suspect this was due to your connection to the node from your region as you were quite far from it, something we can only really try to resolve by putting you on a node closer to your region with the hopes that your ISP takes a better connection path to it. If you have any further updates please do let us know within the ticket as well. The node change should have rectified it for you. Carlo

Hello Mekartek, We have been in contact with you regarding this but have not received any response thus far, this is due to your internet service provider. Unfortunately that would be something that we cannot address, it has to be addressed directly over at your residential ISP. I do see the operator that handled your ticket did double-check this and was able to max the servers network port both through FTP and the File manager directly. He has sent through the logs via ticket as well. We would recommend contacting your ISP to have this fixed for you. Carlo
