I ordered a smart facial cleaner
3/12/2024 I ordered a smart facial cleaner. It says smart facial cleaner on the packing slip. They sent me an ear cleaner which I already own. Being that I support their business I kindly emailed customer service 3 times just to get ignored. So I can only conclude that this is a fake scam company that steals🤷♂️. 4/1/2024 Update, the hero of the company, “Alex” reached out and is fixing the situation in a very professional way. Much appreciated and great definition of Customer Service.
