I just want to say Maria helped me out a lot. I had an issue with the check amount because I had sent 4 boxes of freestyle lites 50ct, one box of freestyle lites 100ct and 2 boxes of true Lancets, which is only .50 each. I knew I had 4 boxes that equaled $11.00 each, and one box that was $21.00. She asked if I had taken a picture which I didn't. I had told her that I seen I was supposed to take a picture after I had already put them in the box. But I did keep the paper with the listed items and marked what I did send due to already taping the box up. She told me that they will send me the other balance, but next time just make sure I take photos. She was very pleasant, and really well trained professionally. Great customer service if you ask me, and I have been in customer service for at least 20 yrs. Her expertise was delightful.
