I called CS before asking for a shipping label and she confirmed they they excepted Cleo 90 infusion sets and I would receive $20 per box. When I received my invoice - I received nothing for 6 boxes. The next CS rep was very short with me & not helpful so I ask to speak with a supervisor. Jay was very understanding and helped work through the mud information I had received and said she would escalate to her boss to try to get it resolved. Jay’s attitude was caring and I believe she did what she was authorized to do but now I will have to see if the issues of my six missing unpaid boxes will resolve in a positive outcome

Every time I call for anything.... all agents were courteous and knowledgeable. YAY to assistdiabetics for hiring the right people. Thank you all

The one issue I've had, and it's really outside of the company's control, is the turnaround time to arrive. I know it's the Post Office being inefficient but I just wanted to mention it.

I would like more money for my supplies because other companies are paying more but rather continue with you..

They send box with a label on it mail back. Check was sent when got the box. It took 9 days for the check to get here.
