I was happy to reconnect with Assist Diabetics again! It's been more than a couple of years since my last order to you. Actually, I had answered an email I got for cash for diabetes supplies and called to verify my order and they said, "We don't accept this & we don't accept that". So, I knew I was being duped by a competitive company and immediately hung up. I luckily found you in my old emails back in 2020. I have to "Thank You" for having such a wonderful customer representative. Alexa was nice, helpful, courteous, and extremely professional. She made me feel like I was a part of the Assist Diabetic Team. I told her I had 2 large boxes and she emailed me 2 mailing labels to send a large number of diabetes supplies. She even waited to make sure I had received the email with the shipping labels. Very impressed with her assistance. I need to say that Alexa is a great asset to your Assist Diabetics Company.

I didn't know that you guys don't except nicotine gum by leader nicotine gum 4 mg I apologize I will not be sending that brand again and Mrs Alexa was very helpful and I will recommend assistant diabetics to family and friends.
