Had just sign up a plan with them. Wanted to host my SSRS report online. However we had an issue with the SSRS and couldn't proceed. Spent many hours back and forth using their message portal but couldn't solve the issue. They kept saying issue is at our end. Support was impolite and at some point very impatient. They didn't even suggest what to look out for or which configuration to check. Ask for a number to call as it may be easier to speak in person. Support says all correspondence is via their message portal. Not a good service to use. They are cheap for the basic plan. When you add addon and when you decide to terminate within the grace period, they only refund you the plan but not the addon (addon cost a lot more). Will no use them anymore and will not recommend anyone to use them after what I have encountered myself.

I have had my business site and several blogs hosted by ASPHostPortal under two accounts for several years and have not had any significant problems with their hosting. They have had excellent uptime (monitored by third party and well in excess of their guarantee). On the several occasions that I have used their technical support for advanced configuration and for assistance with moving the my site to their servers initially they have been extremely courteous and helpful every time. They actually moved my my site from another hosting company. I only need to change my connection string and everything work immediately. I can't give their 5 stars because for me their price is quite expensive if I compare with other competitors. But for reliability, speed, and technical support, you can rely on this company!

I am a DotNetNuke fans for years. Few months ago, my previous host sold their business to EIG and since then, their service was deteriorating. Therefore, I decide to look around and I found this host. Since I run the CMS site from Germany, I chose their Frankfurt-based server. Wow, I never realized that their server is a lot faster than my previous host. I seldom has issues with their server too and even I did have issue, their technical team is able to address my issue within just few mins (or 2 hours tops). I am amazed and if only I knew them, I would know want to spend months arguing with my previous host. I certainly hope this host can keep improving their service and I will have no problems recommending their service to others. Thank you

I hosted a website with them 2 years ago, yeah was a bit cheap, that is why I choose them. After couples months the site down, they fixed but down again after couples days. They back to me that the SQL server is down. I was a bit shock they don't know the server is down until user complained. The explain from them is a cheap plan always with these sorts of risk. Last week the site's webmail not working, the business can't run without email communication. Then they give me an alternate webmail address and told me that are identical with the original one. After I login, all the sent/ received emails are gone, like a new setup emailbox. I just kept asking why all email lost if they are the same, finally they told me that "We did reload the email service and this is why you see this issue. Please always make sure you ask all your users not to leave any emails on the server.". No apologize, not feeling sorry. The story not ended yet, but I am so disappointed with the service they provided, UNRELIABLE and RISKY!

I am using ASPHostPortal’s hosting services from the past couple of months. The support team responses and their technical expertise is very good. I feel I am privileged to host my websites with ASPHostPortal. The server speed and stability is extremely well. If I’ve to take new account, there is no doubt that I will host with ASPHostPortal.com only.
