Cheap, but don't use their databases
ASPHostPortal is cheap an effective. I hosted my sites on it for 2 years on the Host One plan. Pros: + Cheap + Unlimited Sites + Tolerable Email Cons: + 99% uptime SLA + Email Outages - Customer's reported numerous times that emails were undelivered + Outdated and slow Plesk - The more sites you add (I'm at 7) the slower Plesk is, frequently timing out. + Database Issues - The Host One plan offers 2 MSSQL databases and quotes you at 1GB space. My account was suspended without notice for exceeding 500MB in one database. I incorrectly assumed I had 1GB per database. Plesk reported my usage at <300MB but apparently DB logs count towards your total and are not reflected in Plesk. I've used ASPHostPortal.com for over 2 years but I'm in the process of moving away. Despite understandable issues with a cheap hosting provider, my account was suspended without notice because my database exceeded 500MB while Plesk reported it's size at <300MB. Helpdesk cleaned up my DB logs to reduce the size but I was not notified of my account suspension and was lucky I logged in to notice.
