Good luck receiving anything you order in a timely manner..took 3 weeks to get the SR6 had to get my financial institution involved to request a refund then they decided to FINALLY ship the bike. Same thing happened when ordering another charger had to threaten to cancel the order before it shipped, now I'm dealing with trying to get a front tire part it's been 6 business days and still hasn't shipped. I live rural, the tires and inner tubes are useless. Already upgraded tires and inner tubes with dirt bike tires and inner tubes. This is a Chinese based company, they have no locations in the USA. I would strongly suggest you keep looking unless you just like playing the waiting game. Customer service rep Willow says she'll get the part shipped as soon as possible but it been 6 business days and still not shipped. They love keeping your money without providing the product. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Buy American made products when possible.
