ASM Sport didn't do any work and refuses to return the money
Our experience with ASM Sport was terrible. We paid ~3000 USD in 2024-02 and got nothing for this money. Alex Griffiths promised to find at least 5 universities proposals for my son meeting our conditions and with budget of 15000 USD. After 14 months we got only one proposal meeting our conditions, but budget was 25000 USD. We wasted a lot of time during video calls with not polite and not professional people. Finally we decided to change agent and other agent find acceptable university during 2 weeks. ASM Sport refused to return money back and avoiding contact with us to discuss this problem. PLEASE DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY TO AVOID SIMILAR SITUATION

We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t align with your expectations. However, we’d like to clarify that throughout Augustas’ recruitment journey, our team maintained consistent communication via email and Google Meet, keeping you informed every step of the way. From the outset, we were transparent in our initial assessment and clearly outlined expectations. As stated in our Terms & Conditions and reiterated during onboarding, our service guarantees the generation of coach interest—not placement at a specific budget, division, or institution. We do not promise a specific scholarship amount or offer level, and this was communicated multiple times throughout the process. Despite these terms, our team made extensive efforts and secured interest from the following colleges and universities: Graceland University, Sterling College, Hannibal-LaGrange University, Montreat College, Xavier University of Louisiana (XULA), Northwestern College, Carroll College, Soka University, Eastern Oklahoma State College, Gannon University, Monroe Community College, University of Science & Arts of Oklahoma (USAO), Oklahoma City University (OCU), Doane University, and Davis & Elkins College. Several of these institutions extended offers, including Oklahoma City University (which Augustas identified as a top choice), Gannon University, Doane University, and Oklahoma State. We understand the recruiting process can be challenging, but we believe the interest and offers generated reflect a strong effort in line with our service agreement. Now that Augustas has committed to a university, we remain available to assist with any remaining steps, including admissions and visa support, if needed. We wish him the very best in both his academic and athletic pursuits.
