Thank you for your honest feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your experience started off on the wrong foot — that’s not the standard we strive for, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. We’re glad Marina was able to step in and provide the communication and support you deserved. She’s a valued part of our team, and it means a lot to hear that her efforts helped rebuild your trust in the process. We take your comments seriously and are continuously working to ensure that every athlete, no matter who they’re working with, receives consistent and professional support from day one. Thank you again for sticking with us — we're proud to have helped you find your place at a school, and we’ll continue to be here to support you on your journey.
