We paid for our daughter the VIP ticket. Within 4 weeks the politics made it impossible for her to study in the US so she shifts her focus to study and play sports more as a hobby, staying in Europe. I contacted ASM sport immediately and asked them for a refund. they did not even bother to respond to my emails or to offer at least a partial refund (Which supposedly they sometimes do as stated in their terms and conditions). During those 4 weeks all we got were automated emails and 1 call with someone from ASM. I am sure there are other agencies out there which are much more professional. UPDATED 17 November: As you suggested in your response, I sent you another email. So far again no response. In total I sent an email on 23 June, 4 July, 12 August, 6 November UPDATED 14. December Still no response... Sorry, but I would not recommend ANYONE from Europe to sign up with you since this is extremely unprofessional. I cant speak for anyone from the US, but if you like in Europe dont believe anything. They will be attentive and helpful until you send the money and then you are stuck with automated emails and no response.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. After reviewing your case, we couldn’t locate any emails sent to our support team regarding a refund request. Please note that we always respond to all messages sent to our official support channels, so if you can share the email address or date it was sent, we’d be happy to investigate further. While we completely understand how frustrating unexpected political circumstances can be, such changes are unfortunately beyond our control. During your daughter’s time with ASM Sports, our team provided active communication and guidance regarding camps and recruiting opportunities — these were not automated messages, but tailored updates to support her journey. We’re always here to help and would be glad to review your situation further if you reach out directly to [email protected]

If you are not good enough, they will not prioritise you, and they will not get back to you if you call or text them back multiple times. They promised to give me lists of schools that they contacted and were Not NAIA schools, but they only contacted them and never showed me that they worked, and that resulted in us paying $1,500 for nothing. They don't contact and listen to you to understand your preferences, and instead, they will contact schools because they need to, and it will result in them taking your money, leaving you with nothing.

Hi Wider, Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, throughout the process we secured over 25 college coach connections for you and shared detailed updates along the way. From the very beginning, our team was transparent about the challenges given your current playing level and the realistic opportunities available. This information was provided before you signed up with us, not afterward. While you expressed interest in transferring to a Division II program, we explained early on that this would be very difficult, and that strong Division III options with solid academics would be the more realistic path if your academics worked for their programs. You also mentioned that you no longer wanted our help moving forward, and we offered to continue working toward opportunities for the next fall if you wished. During your time with us, we remained in consistent communication, sending emails with clear dates and receiving read receipts to confirm they were reviewed. Our goal has always been to support athletes with transparency and effort, ensuring proper expectations are set prior to signing so families can make the best decision for their future.

Our experience with ASM Sport was terrible. We paid ~3000 USD in 2024-02 and got nothing for this money. Alex Griffiths promised to find at least 5 universities proposals for my son meeting our conditions and with budget of 15000 USD. After 14 months we got only one proposal meeting our conditions, but budget was 25000 USD. We wasted a lot of time during video calls with not polite and not professional people. Finally we decided to change agent and other agent find acceptable university during 2 weeks. ASM Sport refused to return money back and avoiding contact with us to discuss this problem. PLEASE DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY TO AVOID SIMILAR SITUATION

We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t align with your expectations. However, we’d like to clarify that throughout Augustas’ recruitment journey, our team maintained consistent communication via email and Google Meet, keeping you informed every step of the way. From the outset, we were transparent in our initial assessment and clearly outlined expectations. As stated in our Terms & Conditions and reiterated during onboarding, our service guarantees the generation of coach interest—not placement at a specific budget, division, or institution. We do not promise a specific scholarship amount or offer level, and this was communicated multiple times throughout the process. Despite these terms, our team made extensive efforts and secured interest from the following colleges and universities: Graceland University, Sterling College, Hannibal-LaGrange University, Montreat College, Xavier University of Louisiana (XULA), Northwestern College, Carroll College, Soka University, Eastern Oklahoma State College, Gannon University, Monroe Community College, University of Science & Arts of Oklahoma (USAO), Oklahoma City University (OCU), Doane University, and Davis & Elkins College. Several of these institutions extended offers, including Oklahoma City University (which Augustas identified as a top choice), Gannon University, Doane University, and Oklahoma State. We understand the recruiting process can be challenging, but we believe the interest and offers generated reflect a strong effort in line with our service agreement. Now that Augustas has committed to a university, we remain available to assist with any remaining steps, including admissions and visa support, if needed. We wish him the very best in both his academic and athletic pursuits.

ASM Sports made many promises until I paid. I paid nearly $5,000 and a week later we changed our mind and decided not to pursue American colleges. Much to our dismay, they would only refund a minimal amount. They believed that having my daughter talk to a college coach working for a team rated over 300th was sufficient. They referred me to our apparent contract; there was no contract.

We’re sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction and believe there may have been some misunderstanding regarding your experience with ASM Sports. Our team is dedicated to providing the highest level of service and support to athletes and their families. In your case, within just three hours of signing up, your athlete was connected with a Division I school, followed by another Division I connection later that same week. Unfortunately, these connections were not pursued by your athlete, which can harm our relationships with coaches. Additionally, multiple messages from our team went unanswered by your athlete. (We can provide proof of these connections and unanswered messages upon request.) While our terms clearly state that refunds are not provided for changes of mind, we went above and beyond by refunding half of the payment as a goodwill gesture. We feel this review is unfair, as our team delivered exactly what was promised. It’s unfortunate that you chose to discontinue the services before we could fully deliver the remainder of our support. Our focus remains on helping athletes achieve their college recruiting goals, and we wish you all the best moving forward.
