They keep going into my bank account…
They keep going into my bank account unauthorized and there's no way to contact them to tell them to knock at the hell off. They were supposed to reimburse me money and they did not. This place is a con job.

I requested to speak by phone because a simple question wasn't enough info. They said I couldn't and sent an email with basic info that looked AI generated. I told them that I could find it on sites by myself. Only then did they try to get me a phone vet. I emailed that I was going to a local pet store instead, wo ever speaking to them by phone. They charged me $35 for no service.

Waste of time and money. I would not recommend anyone to this site. I wasted $40 to get answers I had already found thru Google search. I could of used that $40 towards my VET bill in whom I had to see anyways. Futhermore they dont prescribed so should your case require medication you will still need to see a VET. Save yourself the headache and go to the VET. I was very disappointed and frustrated that I actually paid for this garbage.

Yes! You can get a Vet's advice in an emergency and they bill you for the experience. The Problem is... they keep billing you on a monthly basis. Their automated phone system allows you to cancel further billing but won't do anything about the previous charges.

First, I found a site where I could "ask a free question." Great! Then, in order to receive the answer, I had to sign up and pay $5. Okay, fine... I went ahead and authorized it. I was not provided with a "contract" or other instructions. Today I found a $35 charge, and I contacted the company because of the error. I was told it was $35 to received assistance from the vet, and I was signed up for a membership which is charged monthly... I stated I will under no circumstance pay this arbitray, misleading, and fraudulent fee. Additionally, the "vet" I spoke with was kind, but everything I was told was verbatim what I found on Google - to the word. Was it an AI vet? DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I called ASKAVETONLINE on 12/11/2024, I was charged a total of $40.00 for information on my ill pet While I was online my pet passed away. I had no problem with the payment since I was getting the assistance needed at the time and they were not here to see my pet. On 1/12/2025, I looked into my bank account and seen ASKAVETONLINE took another $35.00 out of my account without my permission. When I tried to contact them, I was told I had to pay another $35.00 to speak with a vet to get the problem fixed with them taking money from my account. I am on Social Security, I do not know how many other Senior Citizens or disabled person(s) have had this experience.

The veterinarians cannot prescribe medication for pets. I felt intentionally misled because the assistant said they would be able to help with this. It was not a controlled substance (anti nausea) Cerenia for my cat that accidentally ingested a plant. 40$ down the drain. The vet recommended things that I already read on Google. I do not recommend this site.

I used this service once a couple of months ago and was charged an amount that I wasn’t informed about. I have not used this service since and yet they charge me again using the card I had used once before. I tried contacting them but was told I would be charged to talk to someone about the charge.
