If I could I wouldn’t give them any stars. I just read the other reviews and looks like that’s their favorite way to rip-off people. I also being charged for $5 and then $39 in February and when I checked my account in March then I find out that they’re charging me for monthly subscription which I didn’t do it. I cancelled my card and reported them FTC(Federal Trade Commission) If more people would report about their scam finally someone will pay attention and hopefully close down the business. PEOPLE DO NOT CONTACT THIS BUSINESS!

I was charged for monthly " subscription" and not told. The vet I spoke to said it was $5. She however was completely useless

I contacted them because my pet had a swollen eye due to an infection and because they were going to put me in contact with a veterinarian. So what did they tell me? That my pet had an infection and that I should visit a veterinarian. At first I was charged $5 but later I found another $39 charge on my credit card. I investigated and learned that I would be charged a monthly membership fee that I was not aware of. The best that I can say about this company is that they canceled my membership as soon as I requested. This place was a real ripoff in my opinion.

I used them once. They send you a form to fill out for an alleged "one-time charge of $5", but that is just so they can get your card info. My dog was very ill, so i filled it out to speak to a vet. I later donated $10 for the cause because the Dr. was very nice and empathetic. However, I noticed they have been charging my bank account $35.00 a month now. Disputing charges, but they keep charging it. When you try to go online to contact them to discuss the charge, they ask you how can they help you and it doesn't matter what you say, the robot immediately says ok please fill out the form for a 1 time fee of $5.

Never used service was charged payments tried to cancel and paid more money. Got a letter saying address they sent it too was not an address was return to me. If they take out a payment in March talking to a lawyer

It said it was only 2 dollars fee but in by bank statement is was 2 dollars and another 45 dollars. Too bad

When asking a question about my pet I was told i would pay only a one time fee of $5. Checked my bank later and was also signed up and charged $35 for a monthly membership. I didn't agree to this or if I did, it was unbeknownst to me bc it was not written out anywhere. When i realized the mistake and canceled the membership, i requested a refund and they refused. So I'll be going to my bank which is just annoying because they have shady business practices and want to trick people. The answer to my question was the same that i googled so worthless. Save your time and money (it's not the $$ its the principle and they have none)

Like so many others here, this web site tricked me into believing the fee to enroll for the service was $5. I figured a vet fee would be quoted later in the process. I learned too late that there was itty bitty print at the bottom of the credit card info form for the $5 was an agreement to a $39 monthly subscription. Though they say "refundable", I haven't been able to figure out how to get the refund. I cancelled the subscription and now have to see if the credit card company will recoup my loss through a fraud claim.
