Useless and very difficult to cancel the monthly fees that come after fee for the visit. It just added to my overall vet bill. Scam.

They use Cloaking and similar tactics. This is considered Black Hat SEO and violate search engine guidelines. Crooks!

Thieves. My baby girl died before a vet contacted me. I spoke to her and said to cancel the subscription. Now, they want to continue to charge me $35.00 p/m. They make it impossible to cancel. Now my credit card co (Capital One) is taking over the dispute. I could shoot these thieving bastards. When a person contacts them, it will usually be under duress, as they have a health problem with their beloved pet, so to make matters worse, they screw us out of our money.

This did not help me at all and because I was so focused on getting my pet care, I didn't realize I was signing up for a reoccurring charge of $38. I only understood it to be a charge of $5. This service takes advantage of people in vulnerable situations. I want a refund for the 2 months I didn't use.

Me too! $35.00 a month for 5 months from one visit. They now want a $5.00 fee to talk with somebody about this fee.

Horrible. Stay away. Shady business practices and completely useless. This website needs to be shut down.

Would give no stars if I could STAY AWAY FROM THEM! They will tell you it’s 5$ but then charge your bank account 30 or 45$ they have charged me a total of 75$ and refuse to refund me even tho me and everyone else never knew we were signing up for a membership it said that no where, find a different service these guys are a scam!

Vet didn’t answer my question. Not even close. And I’ve been charged $35 months for 4 months after canceling 3 times!! Online, on phone and by email. That’s $140 for nothing. I googled my question and got better results.
