Victor was excellent and gave very clear instructions!!! I am a senior citizen, did not grow up with computers and my typing is deteriorating so I am slow. I still prefer talking with a real person on the phone. I have a cell I could have used.

I could not print on my computer. I called ask answer and was put through to ARUNAVA GANGULY. We could not solve the problem but I had to leave for business so I called back today. Arunava had done his homework and within a few minutes I was able to follow, very slowly to say the least, but got exactly what he wrote to me done and it worked perfectly.
