Careful about the charges
I rated the person who helped me 5 out of 5. The reason for this reduced rate is I feel I was mislead. It was clear I would be charged $1 and that would be refunded. I read the “fine print” so I also knew the $55 monthly fee would be charged automatically next month and would continue until I cancelled. What I didn’t see is the initial call would result in an immediate $55 charge. I was trying the system out to see if I would like it. That try-out cost $56.

Why do you say it's $1 & then…
Why do you say it's $1 & then immediately take $55 out of my bank account? And you say it's refundable- please refund the $55 asap.

Canon Printers Are No Longer My Choice
The company needs clear and immediately identifiable links to its online manual. Had they been there, I wouldn't have needed to pay for tech support. (Or perhaps this is a choice made by Canon.) Once at the site, I was linked to an unsafe page, which then demanded a password. I had no password, but it told me there was one on my printer. I looked exactly where the drawing indicated it would be, but there was NO password. I've had two Canon printers in the past and loved them, but this TR7000 series STINKS. I've barely used it and had to get new cartridges immediately. Then, the first time I changed the cartridges (last night), skipping occurs. Your tech says they're defective and I need to return them to the store and get new ones. I'm sure that's going to be an additional hassle. I need a printer I can count on, and this thing is a POS as far as I can tell. Looking for a new printer with better ink efficiency, cartridges that work, and an online manual that isn't hidden. I am disappointed with Canon. I'll never buy another one after this waste of time, money, and effort.
