My problem was that an Adware popped up on my laptop and said to call Apple support at a number to resolve the problem but I didn't want to give out any info. So, I went to my cell phone and looked up Apple support # which was a different #. Scary, identity thefts nowadays and this seemed 'REAL'. So, I think your person on chat talked me thru my situation.

Jason was very knowledgeable and really helped clear up a lot of confusion. People try to take advantage of me because I am not very tech savvy. Thanks to Jason answering my questions, I was able to keep that from happening.

At first when you see the dollar to talk to a technician you think about it but it was well worth the dollar I will never miss it my issue was resolved is very patient I am not technology smart at all I would do this anytime and relay it to others to have the same wonderful excellent experience I had!
