This is, without a doubt, the best online service we have received, well...EVER! We had an issue with replacing a water filter on our new fridge, the kitchen floor was flooded and it was after hours (of course!). We we routed to Just Answer and within an hour, from start to finish, the well-spoken, knowledgeable and very patient appliance tech talked us through the replacement! We opted for the phone call rather than text, it went by quickly and we feel we made a new friend with him! HIGHLY recommend Just Answer. It costs $5 to initiate the conversation, then (for us) it was $24 for the technician. Your fee gets you a week of questions or call backs until the issue is resolved. They automatically sign you up for a monthly service fee of $40 but also give you a deadline date to cancel and you can cancel the membership at any time but they prorate the service too. Just a great service all around.
