I was paired with Jason to go through the mechanics of applying for and receiving an ID. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I was at the SOS at 10:15 for a 10:30 appointment. The people already there were taken care of very quickly and I was in and out in 7 or 8 minutes and on my way home with a temporary ID and a good feeling. Very much different than many years ago when the SOS was not a place anyone wanted to go to. Staff was stiff and cold and just not a nice place and you were sorry you didn't pack a lunch. Thank you for being so much better to your staff and those that visit you.

March 1, 2024 - Clothes Washer - Fast Spin Cycle to wring out clothes, would NOT occur. Scoured the internet (YouTube) to find a solution and nothing there. Response from Just Ask was extremely fast, efficient and "spot on". When "conversing" with tech, utilized chat and NOT phone call. Tech provided part replacement info (motor control module) - $225. Where to find the part as well as a step by step video regarding removal of old and replacement with new. Tech was excellent communicator. Had one followup question and he immediately responded.

I got locked out of my phone, att couldn't help sent me to best buy to factory reset, they didn't know how, you guys hit it on the nose. Thanks for your help!
