It was a situation where our provider dropped our adelphia.net email without notification. I went on the Peacock site and installed a new email address. Apparently, Peacock had been still charging us monthly rate under old email, and also charging us an annual rate through the new email, double charging us! When they deleted the old email account, we lost our ability to open any programs in Peacock on our Ipad. Your Technician Aaron was able to let me know how to delete the program and reinstall/download the Peacock app from the app store, which allowed me to sign in under the new email account and we gained access to the program, yay! Thank you Aaron!
