This isn't the 1st time that you did…
This isn't the 1st time that you did this to me and I'm sure others feel as I do. Again, just looking at your site without doing anything YOUR COMPANY CHARGED ME A $40 FEE WHICH I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE!!!!!!! I'm a 100% disabled Vietnam Veteran and I'm on a set income. I called my bank but they have to wait until it's not pending then I can file my complaint. Never again will I ever go to your site, and if asked, I will tell everyone the truth. 👎👎👎

You charged my credit card $55 & it was supposed to be ONLY $5. You need to credit it back to my card immediately

Great help....easy to understand and…
Great help....easy to understand and apply. But.... made an unauthorized charge to my card for $65.00. Not good.

My Sonos needed to be re-set.
My Sonos needed to be re-set after a power failure. I went to the Sonos site for help but was unable to get the help that I needed. On 10/15 (Approx) I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with a man at AskAnExpertonline. He was not able to help me get my Sonos running.That cost me $53. It was such a mess that I had to take it to a computer store to get it corrected from the mistakes that I was instructed to do by this man on the phone. That cost me $50.00 NOW I see a monthly re-occurring charge of $48 on my credit card for the last 4 months. I did not authorize this charge. I did not check a box, I did not sign an agreement for these monthly fees. I want my money back and the charges to stop.

You want to charge me for cancellation???
I do not remember signing up for this service. I was charged $5 initially, in November, now I am being charged $48 monthly. I am trying to cancel the subscription but they want to charge me a fee for this. I have never heard of being charged for canceling a subscription! In reading the reviews, I see others have complained about the same thing. Total scam.

This site purports to be "Samsung…
This site purports to be "Samsung Customer Service". It has no relationship to Samsung and in fact charges for what the real Samsung customer service provides for free. But most upsetting is that by using them I was unwittingly signed up for an expensive service program with a humongous cancellation fee--apparently by agreeing to "the usual terms and conditions." Fraud from beginning to end.
